Ever since the birth of first man, he has always tried to understand nature, understand why he was born, and understand why and how things happen and to learn about the deep mysteries of the universe. In this attempt of continued comprehension, a whole new branch of study has born, which we now call science. Infact science started the day the first man was born - as he opened his eyes and found things around him. Well man’s brain although one of the most complicated computer ever seen by man himself, has one big defect which no man can repair, and this defect is relative thinking. We learn new things by comparing them with already known things. When man first saw an animal, probably a mammal, he tried to compare it with himself, it had two eyes, a nose and a mouth and in this way man started learning and evolving. Today we stand at the dawn of the 21st century, and think we have conquered this world and now we are trying to understand the deep mysteries of nature, which no one has ever attempted before. We can only see success as our destiny. Very unfortunately, we also think that we will be able to control nature one day, and we can become invincible.

But with more research, especially in the field of atomic structure and particle physics, our scientists have found that in actual we are powerless to even carryout a single chemical reaction without the help of nature, which is being carried out many times in our daily life, like a reaction between an acid and base to form salt and water. To understand this in more detail, we shall probe nature at the sub atomic level. Well each molecule of acid or base is composed of a number of atoms and each atom is in turn composed of sub-atomic particles like electrons, protons and neutrons. Some of them are then made up of even smaller particles called quarks. So to carry out a very simple reaction, the interaction between quarks is required. Quarks interact with each other according to their colors, which is termed as color force. So it may be deduced that in a single chemical reaction, many thousands of reactions involving color force at quark level are required. To carry out a reaction is one thing, we cannot even predict these reactions in absolute terms and there always is involved probability. That is we simplify the calculations in predicting a reaction by taking assumptions, which most of the time are harmless when we deal with a bulk of matter. Like in a reaction between a base and an acid we involve many thousands of these molecules, some react, while others don’t, some product molecules are converted back into their reactants. This doesn’t bother us much as we are observing these reactions at a macro level, but what is the probability for a single molecule of base to react with a single molecule of acid to get a single molecule of salt and water, probably very low. This further reduces to zero, when we plan to carry out this reaction without the help of nature, that is at quark level. So we are helpless without nature.

Have we ever thought that after thousands of years of evolution, research and study, where exactly we stand now? A single change in any of the factors controlling climate of this planet earth may start a chain of events, which destroys millions of people, crops and money. A single earthquake destroyed the whole of Los Angles where scientists also lived who think that they can control nature one day. A single black hole out of many thousands or probably millions of black holes in this universe may suck this solar system in itself and destroy this whole humanity from the face of the universe without even leaving any evidences to prove the existence of humanity. Today we stand nowhere, we are still helpless and clueless about this universe, like we were when first of our ancestors was born. In these papers, I will try to touch some hot topics, which have mystified humanity ever since his birth.

Well if science, i.e. the study of nature from observation and experimentation and logic cannot explain the universe, then what can? The answer lies in Belief. We are blind, since we can see only a brief part of electromagnetic spectrum from our naked eye. We are deaf since we can hear only a brief part of sound frequencies. We are mindless, since we can only understand things by relating them with things we already know. But how about understanding a person who is only one of His kind, Who has created this universe and Who is controlling every thing, can we understand him. To understand the poetry of a poet we try to get to his mental level, to understand the art of an artist we require to have his artisitic level, well to understand the creation of the Creator of this universe what mental level do we require? So this means that we cannot understand nature completely without getting to the mental level of its Creator, which we just can’t achieve as the story will end. So it may be inferred that we cannot understand nature with the logic, since we think relative. However, we can understand the nature by belief, by taking it for granted. We can then compare science with these beliefs to find the authenticity of science (not vice versa).

Well unfortunately I’m not a very religious person, but I’m a student of science with a belief in some religion which I believe is true. Well everybody thinks that his religion is true and that is why he believes in it and man must have some belief otherwise he is a man of circumstances. In this essay, I will use my believes to test the truth of science and will attempt to explain the mysteries of the science. If I succeed in doing this then my belief is true, otherwise my belief is misleading. This is not a religious article to invite others to my religion, but this is an attempt to make a better understanding of science.

Well according to Islam Allah has sent One hundred and twenty four thousand Messengers to this world to help mankind to understand better. Amongst them are included Hazrat Aadam (Adam), Hazrat Eissa (Jesus), Hazrat Mosa (Moses) and Hazarat Muhammad (may peace be upon him), and being a Muslim I believe in all of them, I have a firm belief that Old Testament, New Testament and Quran Divine Revelations. The ultimate form of science as a knowledge on the day of judgment, when all the mysteries will be revealed are already written in these Holy Books and to understand this Ultimate form of science we only need a belief that they are true. Well according to my understanding of Time and Space, the future cannot be predicted. If I know that I am going to die by a road accident on a specific time and date, I wouldn’t go near this road and hence my knowledge of future has changed the future and so I wouldn’t know the actual future, at all. Similarly, if Allah is to put the Ultimate Truth in the Holy Books, then he must take certain precautions not to disclose the complete truth until its time. This means that once an event occurs in the Universe, we may then understand that this was already written in the Holy Books. This is done by manipulating the fact that we humans have relative thinking and we can only understand things by relating them to the already known facts and by using language in a way that even one sentence can have multiple meanings. But trying to get meanings from these Holy Books is very risky, one can get wrong meanings, which may disturb the religious scholars and the novices. So I apologize in advance if I may disturb the thoughts of any of the religious scholars of Islam, Christianity and Judaism, please consider myself wrong if any of the things I am going to say further may conflict with any religious belief and please do inform me about this.

In my quest to find the truth by belief and logic simultaneously, the first question my mind tries to explore is the Creator of the Universe.

Creator of the Universe:

It kept disturbing man ever since his birth that who is controlling this Universe? And Who has made us? And for what reason he has created all of us? The concept of a God was perhaps introduced in the first religion of the Humanity. Ancient Egyptians believed that there are many gods and goddesses who are in charge of different jobs and they carry out their rules autonomously. Similarly, in another part of the world, for example, in India Hinduism came into being according to which everything that harms humans is to be worshiped so that it may not harm them, so they started worshiping fire, weather, wild animals, monsters, etc. and everything that advantage them should also be worshipped so that it may benefit more, like sun, water, trees, cows, etc. Similar concepts were found in many other religions. But the question rises, that if there are many gods and goddesses then there must be someone who have created them. And it might be possible that, that someone who have created them, must be created by someone else and this hierarchy may continue upward and will eventually lead to a single being who is at the top of this hierarchy. So this leads to the concept of a single god and He is God or Allah.

From another point of view, if we suppose there are two rulers of the Universe, then there must be a difference in rule of both of them. Like in USA, when one goes from one state to another the law is changed. Similarly, this can be seen in more details at the country level. Drinking alcohol is legal in UK, but it is illegal in Saudi Arabia. This is because of the diversity in Sovereignty and Rulers. But when we look at the nature there is same law everywhere. Matter is converted into energy by E=mc2 in the Planet Earth and same law applies on Sun, which is millions of kilometers away. And the same law applies in Andromeda, our neighboring galaxy. So according to the observation of humanity there is no variation in the laws of nature. So this also proves that there is only one ruler of the Universe.

Now the next question that comes to mind is who the Ruler is. This ruler may be composed of matter or of energy. But to decide between these two forms we need to know whether matter controls energy or is it the otherwise.

To understand this, let us turn back to a simple reaction between an Acid and a Base. One way to predict this reaction is with the help of thermodynamics, although this technique has lot of assumptions and is inaccurate at microscopic level, but for the sake of simplicity I am considering it. According to thermodynamics every reaction either spontaneous or non-spontaneous needs a calculated amount of energy to carry out. If the energy created by this reaction is higher than that is required to start the reaction, then this reaction will be termed exothermic reaction. And if the energy released by this reaction is less than that which is required in the start then it is termed endothermic reaction. In any of the two cases, an activation energy is required in the first instance. For example, in a hydrogen bomb first a source of energy is required, which is usually a high power laser or another fission bomb. The H-bomb in turn, has an enormous detonation capable of huge destruction. So this reaction is an exothermic reaction, but it does require energy to start it. Similarly, hydrogen and oxygen when mixed in a container fails to react to form water, until energy is provided in the form of an electric spark, after which a continuous reaction follows. Similarly, in a nuclear fission reaction, a single neutron is required to seed the reaction, after which a continuous reaction starts which keeps happening until all the uranium exhausts or until all the neutrons are absorbed by a moderator. Life itself depends upon energy, majority of life activities are carried out by enzymes and enzymes don’t react until there is enough heat energy, which introduces vibrations in the long chains of these molecules and tangles them into each other and thus these reactions carry out (‘Engines of Creation’ by Dr. Eric K. Drexler). Similarly, in solid-solid transformations like in metallurgy, where comparatively weak pearlite transforms into stronger martensite, the heat is responsible for the whole transformation. All these examples show that all the reactions in the nature are actually controlled by some form of energy. On the other hand, matter may control many reactions, like Nickel as catalyst in hydrogenation of vegetable oil, enzymes as organic catalysts in protein reactions, co-enzymes as keys in enzyme reactions, but there are many more reactions which matter cannot control. So it may be inferred that energy is more superior to matter. So the Ultimate Ruler of the Universe must have control over energy. Such a ruler will order energy to convert into another form of energy or into matter. According to many Nano Scientists (Nano Technology is a new field of science which deals with the microscopic manufacturing involving single atoms and molecules, instead of macroscopic one involving bulk materials) the art of nature is that it has the ability to manufacture matter at the sub-microscopic level. Nature can convert graphite into diamond by just changing the atomic arrangement. Or I may foresee that nature can even convert useless waste matter like nuclear waste into useful material like gold, by just manipulating sub-atomic particles. Similarly, nature has the ability to convert proton into a positron and a neutron, by manipulating the quarks. So if nature gets the ability to control the quarks and color forces, it will have the power to do anything. It will have the power to carry out miracles. According to my little knowledge and thinking, nature achieves this control through energy. So what I am trying to explain is that energy can control matter as well as other forms of energy. So there is a Superior form of energy, which is controlling energy as well as matter. Islam has given this Superior form of energy the name of Noor. Noor is the Superior form of energy, which can achieve anything and controls everything. According to Islam The Ruler and The Creator of everything is Allah, who is composed of a superior form of Noor. Consider an Entity Who is composed of the most powerful form of Noor, which in turn is the most powerful form of energy and energy in turn is the controller of everything, how powerful would He be. There is nothing, which is impossible to Him. Whatever He does, in whatever manner, becomes the Law of Nature. He can redefine anything. He can control anything. The energy He is composed of can even control time. He is the Creator of the Universe; He is the Writer, Director and Producer of this drama called life on this stage of universe. He can change time whenever He wants.

Origin of Universe and Energy-Matter Conversion Hypothesis:

Big Bang is so far believed to be the best explanation of the origin of the Universe. According to which all the matter and radiation in the universe originated in a cataclysmic explosion that occurred 10-20 billion years ago. Or in simple words that before the big bang there was a large mass of matter, which somehow exploded and resulted into the formation of matter and energy. But the question that comes to my mind many years ago when I was in high school, that what was the origin of that matter, we need a theory associated with the pre-big bang formation of that matter. I kept thinking about it again and again and then it came into my mind, one day when I was reading Quran. According to Quran when there was nothing in the universe there was Almighty Allah. So before even time began, there was nothing but Allah. So He created everything else, by creating energy from which came all the energy of the Universe and beyond, the energy is then converted into matter and time. And in contrary to Big Bang theory, in which this Universe took millions of years to form, this happened in very little time, as the time was also created during this process. Well in Quran, it is written that when Almighty Allah said Kun (an Arabic word meaning to happen) and this Universe was created. The energy first created fundamental particles, which so far by our scientific theories must be Quarks, and by joining different quarks together were formed sub-atomic particles, from which atoms formed and then molecules and rest of the matter of the Universe. Now according to Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, energy can be converted into matter by the following equation E = mc2.

Now as already discussed the Noor of which Almighty Allah is composed of is too powerfulll that it can burn even angels which are composed of inferior forms of noor. So there must be some protection for the energy, time and matter from the actual being of Allah. This is provided by the introduction of seven partitions, which protects the matter from the enormous energy. These partitions are termed as Skies in Quran and are provided with gates, which no omatter from the actual being of Allah. There are chances that these gates or portals might be Black Holes.
